What would be the compatible rv wall receptacle that would be compatible with this cable? Need to add an additional AC unit possibly and I thought this would be the best method as not all RV sites offer a seperate power plug for 110, 20 amp.

For a power inlet connector to match the 50 amp twist lock style connector on the Power Grip Marine-Style Power Cord Adapter # CAM55542 you'd want the # A10-50INBKVP for a black socket or the # A10-50INVP for a white socket.
