Will MB Sturgis 2-Stage Regulator Replace Fairview GR-9959

Is this regulator can replace Fairview model gr-9959xf and if so is the mounting holes are the same position thanks

I looked up the specs of the Fairview GR-9959 and they do have the same fittings so you an use the MB Sturgis Horizontal 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 108221 as a replacement.

Both have the 1/4" female NPT inlet and 3/8" female NPT outlet.
