Troubleshooting Powered A-Frame Jack that Clicks and Wont Work with Good Battery

Question:
I have power to the jack. LED lights work. Switch makes an initial sound but then does nothing. Only been used once. Tried charging the battery, but now it’s full and still not working.

Based on your description of the problem it sounds like your jack has a bad ground connection since you said the battery is good and it's clicking which typically indicates that the jack motor can't draw enough power to operate.
This jack part # EJ-3520-BBX grounds through it's mounting hardware so you need to make sure it's attached to a clean metal surface (it should be) but also that the main ground harness of the trailer wiring is also connected to a clean metal surface on the trailer frame.
