Will the 12 volt tent trailer /fan combo fit my jacks?

The RV Combination Interior Light with Fan and Cord part # 328-001-103 uses a 1/4" jack so if that is what you have on your trailer then yes, it will work for you. Otherwise, you would need to obtain the RV Bunk Light Adapter with Jack part # RVC100 which is designed specially for the above light/fan. The light/fan does use 12 VDC power.
Unfortunately, I don't have any info on the jacks you have on your 2007 Coleman Highland Avalon.
