Hey Michael! The Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter # RM83SR has a 4" rise/drop. The distance between the upper and lower hitch pin holes on center is going to be 4". If you're looking for a different measurement let me know in the comments below.

What will you be carrying?

Perfect - thanks so much. All of the rise/drop diagrams and explanations I found only talked about distance in terms of the top of the receiver and the coupler. I'm just trying to mount a hitch basket plus a bike rack to the back of a hatch-back Subaru. My goal was to keep everything as high as possible without obstructing the hatch, and this fits the bill. Thank you.

@Michael you're welcome, happy to help! With all of that on the back I would also add in an anti-rattle like # e38FV to help keep unwanted movement at a minimum.
