A good option for a 40 inch spare tire cover is Camco part # CAM45251 in black. The Camco tire covers are designed with an UV resistant fabric and a non-scratch lining so your wheels do not get damaged while covered. They are also designed with an elastic cord and an adjustable strap to tighten the cover around the tire. The Camco covers are a good affordable option but may require a little work to get the cover on the tire. You have to get on the ground and tighten the adjustable strap to get the cover on.
