In order to connect your Blackstone Tailgater Grill to the Camco Brass Propane Tee w/ 4 Ports part # CAM59113 you will need to use both the MB Sturgis Propane Adapter Hose part # 100284-144-MBS and the MB Sturgis Disposable Propane Bottle Adapter Fitting part # 204132-MBS.
I am not sure what fitting you have on the end of your 12' long propane supply hose as there are a few different ones that come with the tee but if you send me a photo I can see if we have an adapter that will allow you to use it. Please note that if the hose you have has a male type 1 fitting on it like the Camco Brass Propane Tee w/ 4 Ports and 5' Long Supply Hose part # CAM59125 that you referenced then you would not be able to use the hose as we don't have any adapters to join two male POL fittings.
