Question:
The top of my hitch tube is at 14 inch and the bottom of my trailer tongue is at 16. I tried a ball mount with a 4 inch rise and the trailer does not sit very level at all. it is a single PWC trailer. Do you have a ball mount for a 2 inch receiver that has a 2 inch rise? Also another question: 2 years ago when I purchased and had installed my hitch from eTrailer I had you install Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat Item # 18144. The hitch is fine, but the wiring bracket is rusting badly. Is there a corrosion warranty on this item? Thank you,

You are absolutely right that you need a ball mount with a 2 inch rise since your coupler is 2 inches above the top of your hitch receiver. The Curt Class III Drawbar # C45270 is a great option that fits in a 2" hitch and you can use either Pin and Clip # C21500 or Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # e98880 to secure it to your hitch. For a hitch ball, depending on your trailer's coupler you will need 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # C40017 or 2" Hitch Ball # 40038.
In regards to Mounting Bracket # 18144 it comes with a 1-year warranty so if yours is in need of replacing you would need to purchase a new one.
