Electric brakes I have power going into the control box and power coming out but have nothing on my hook up for the electric brakes

If you tested power coming out of the brake controller (on the blue wire) while applying the manual override but it's not reaching back to the truck's 7-Way then there is an issue somewhere with the wiring in between. It might be difficult to actually trace the brake output wire along the length of your truck so you can start by inspecting the 7-Way itself and any length of wire you can easily access behind the connector for any damage (pinched or exposed portions of wire, debris/corrosion inside the 7-Way pins).
If the wire you can easily gain access to looks good then you can either try to dig further for the rest of this circuit wire which is most likely run under the truck along the frame rails or you can simply cut it from the back of the 7-Way and brake controller and run a new length of 10 gauge wire like # 10-1-1 (sold by the foot) from the brake output pin to the controller.
