I have a air ride 5th wheel hitch as well as air ride suspension on my 2011 dodge dually is there a air compressor system that I can use that I only need one compresser to do both from inside my truck

Best option we have would be a wireless compressor kit like the Air Command II Compressor System # F2592 which has a dual path option as well as an air tank and air chuck for inflating tires and external bags.

It's very possible though the second path of this kit could connect to your air ride hitch with like a quick disconnect which would allow you to then control the pressure from inside your vehicle. But it's hard to say exactly how that would work so the external tank of this and the air chuck would be the best option but it would require manual inflation and wouldn't work from the compressor control.
