Are your air conditioner gaskets made from neoprene?

I reached out to the manufacturer, Camco, who told me the gasket of the Camco Universal Fit RV Roof Air Conditioner Gasket Kit # CAM25071 is made from a mix of PVC and rubber.
This is a universal fit that uses self-adhesive and measures 14" x 14" which is a standard opening for an AC unit/vent on an RV.
