Do you have exact dimensions of the cover? I made the access hole in my air dam using the 4inch hole saw as Torklift suggested for easier access, and want to know if this cover will still work. The default option for the access hole is using a 3-1/2inch hole saw, but I didnt have that size.

The dimensions of the Undercover Access Hole Cover for EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-XA2002 that you referenced is 8-1/2" long by 5-1/16" wide by 1/8" thick. Your hole being initially cut with a 4 inch hole saw would not be too large to work with this.
