saris bones 3. i bel ieve it fits the crv. what do the 2 top arms rest against-the glass?thank you

The Saris Bones 3 trunk rack part # SA801BL that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2013 Honda CR-V and the upper arms to rest against the back windshield. We actually had the chance to test fit this rack on a 2015 Honda CR-V which I attached a link to a video of. You can see how easy it is to setup and how it attaches to your vehicle.
