Need to know if this Curt Hitch will fit our 2006 Megacab 2500 with 6 foot bed?

The Curt Class V Receiver you referenced, part # C15809 is a fit for your 2006 Ram 2500 Mega Cab.
The hitch is designed to fit below the OEM hitch (if present) and will not fit Hemi Sport Quad Cab and SRT-10 models.
You might also need the following:
Wiring harness, part # 118381
Ball mount, part # RP45323
2 inch trailer ball, part # A-90
2-5/16 inch trailer ball, part # 19286
