Could Yakima Overhaul Ladder Rack Fit with Truck Bed Tool Box

Can this be used in a short bed truck that also has a truck tool box in it?

If the tool box was a chest style that didn't go over the tops of the bed rails the Yakima Overhaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Rack # Y01151 would easily install without issue. Due to how this wraps around the bed rails (see picture) it couldn't fit with a crossover style box.
