Aside from the price, what are the differences between STL90R24B and STL90RB?

The difference between the Transit Tail Lights # STL90R24B and # STL90RB is that the former is compatible with 12V or 24V systems while the latter is only compatible with 12V systems. Aside from that they both use the stop/turn/tail functions, are LED, have 31 diodes, are submersible, and have the same dimensions.
