Solution for Curt Echo Mobile Brake Controller App Stuck Loading on iPhone

Question:

I downloaded the App. I launched the App. Then I plugged in the brake controller into the tow vehicle for the 1st time, without a trailor attached. My iphone found the controller and I paired the device successfully, and then I pressed Continue. The setup started at which time I unplugged the brake controller from the tow vehicle. Now the App is stuck in the Controller Profiles screen and continously Loading. I tried unplugging and replugging the Brake Controller into the tow vehicle but my iphone no longer finds the controller. How do I fix this? I there a way to reset the controller?

You need to reset the app on your iPhone. Depending on what iPhone you have you'll need to bring up the open app screen by either double tapping the home button or dragging up on the bottom of the screen so that you can kill the app and restart it.
