I took a look at the online version of the owner's manual and on page 264 it talks about towing your 2004 Honda Accord. They recommend either using a flat-bed or a tow dolly to transport your vehicle. Flat towing it (with all 4 wheels on the ground) should only be done in an emergency situation where neither of the above options are available.

We do have tow dollies that you can use to transport your Accord. For your application I recommend the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes # RM-2050-1. This has a weight capacity of 4,250 lbs and has integrated electric brakes. If you only want to use the light functions you need to add a 4-Way Flat connector like part # HM48114. If you would like to utilize the electric brakes then you can use the 6-Way # PK11604 or 7-Way # PK12706 depending on what you have on your Georgetown.

I have attached a review video for this tow dolly that you can reference.
