Since your 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 is a cab and chassis the correct Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs Kit is part # F2176.

I reached out to my contact at Firestone who said that the # F2176 kit will fit your cab and chassis only if you have 8" of clearance between the frame rail of your pickup and the sidewall of your tire. This is because the air bag mounts on top of the leaf spring and needs that clearance to fit. This is the only kit that will (potentially with the clearance) fit your cab and chassis and it does require drilling so just keep that in mind.

I also recommend installing an air compressor kit because it allows you to adjust the psi of your air bags without having to hunt down an air compressor. For your application I recommend the Air Command Compressor System # F96VV which includes a wireless remote and is dual path. The wireless remote keeps you from having to run lines to your cab while giving you the ability to physically stand outside of your cab and watch your pickup level out and the dual path gives you the flexibility to accommodate awkward loading situations where one side of your pickup is heavier than the other.
