will this rack work with factory installed tonneau cover...Chevy Colorado

Based on my research it looks like there are a few different style options for a factory tonneau cover on your Chevy Colorado, so it's difficult to verify compatibility of a ladder rack without knowing exactly what you have installed.

With this in mind though I can tell you that the Thule TracRac TracONE # TH27000XT you referenced will not work with a tonneau cover installed. This is because this particular rack clamps to both the insides and tops of the bed rails on the truck, essentially taking up any possible mounting location for a tonneau cover.

If the tonneau cover on your Colorado mounts completely inside the bed rails (and doesn't extend over the top of them) then your best option will be with the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-783 as long as you have the 6 foot bed. This unique rack uses T-track base rails that sit right on top of the bed rails to allow compatibility with most inside-mounted tonneaus. The base also allows the crossbars to slide front to back in order to adjust for different sized loads.
