Install Instructions for Saris Bones 3 Bike Rack SA883

Question:
Team Etrailer, I bought the Saris Bone hitch 3 bikes but it did not come with instructions on how to put the rack together. The question I have is how tight do I tighten the one bolt below the bolt that is already in place and next to the up-tube of the rack. Do you have instructions that you can email me ? Than kyou,

I attached a link to this page that has the install instructions for the Saris Bones 3 rack part # SA883 that you have. There isn't a torque spec listed though for the bolt you mentioned. You'll just want to get it hand tight while using the correct wrench. Please don't use a crescent wrench like the pictures show though! Those notoriously strip bolts.
