In order to install the Reese Universal Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # RP58058 on your 2019 Ford F-150 you will need to use the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # RP50087. These brackets are a custom fit for your F-150 which means no drilling into the frame is required. I have attached an install video for you on this very same kit.
If you don't already have a 5th wheel hitch then I recommend taking a look at the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ S20 Slider # C95DR.
The other other item you may need is an in-bed wiring harness for which I recommend using the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness for Aluminum Truck Bed part # 50-97-410-010.
