Best Platform Bike Rack Recommendation for Carrying Step Through Frame Bikes with Fenders

Question:

I want a platform rack that will hold a townie Electra men’s easy step thru as well as a Womens felt cafe bike with fenders. I have a 2 hitch. I would like the best available option with integrated locks and tilt functionality so I can open the suv back lift while bikes are on the rack. Thanks I assume I need a frame mount as I can’t use tires on the felt due to fenders. However the easy step in Electra doesn’t have the standard cross bar to mount. I do have an adapter I use to create the crossbar

It is a platform rack that only grabs the bikes by the frame so your fenders will not interfere and the frame mounts were designed to attach to alternative framed bikes like what you mentioned too so your step through frame would not be an issue.
