Unfortunately not all vents or vent covers are the same. They are almost identical in size but the hinges and lift locations vary. The only real way to know the correct fit for your 2018 Palomino Puma travel trailer is to look at the hinge of the base when the cover is removed.
I've attached a photo of the different hinge styles to assist. I've linked the page to all of the vent cover/lid options to assist. For instance the Replacement Dome Assembly for Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent # BVD0449-A03 has a continuous hinge with lift in the center.
