Question:

will a 13in C load range tire work on a boat trailer that weights 2170 lbs, thats boat, motor and trailer combined weight, or would i be better going to a D load range, thanks

In the tire size of 175/80R13 the Load Range C is 1,360-lb max load at 50 psi and would easily handle a boat and trailer that weighs 2,170 lbs since that capacity is per tire and you need two tires per axle.

So a Load Range C like part # TTWTRTM1758013C would easily fit and work well. This tire also has a speed rating of 81 mph.
