Question:
Does this device work with a 2015 GMC? I do not see any reason it would not.

There is a Class V trailer hitch that will fit a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500, but hitches are designed as a specific fit for years, makes and models of truck so the Curt Trailer Hitch # C15323 you referenced will not work; it does not have the correct dimensions to correctly install on this this truck.
Instead, so long as your '15 Sierra 1500 has a standard factory bumper you can use the B&W Heavy-Duty Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class V # BWHDRH25217. This beast of a trailer hitch has a 2 inch receiver, is a bolt-on installation that will not require drilling into the frame of your truck to install and has a 16,000 lb towing capacity and 1,600 lb tongue weight capacity.
I have added a link to a video of this hitch being installed for you to take a look at.
