Question:
I am working on a project for a camping trailer to pull behind our lofted Jeep Wrangler. We are interested in a larger tire for our trailer. What size tire would fit on a Lowe’s 4x6 with modifying the fenders of course

I looked up the trailer you mentioned and was able to find that it uses 12 inch trailer wheels with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. Based on the width of the tire relative to the rim it looks like a 4.80-12 tire size. The fender clearance looks pretty tight so I doubt you'd be able to go with a much taller setup as-is.
Best option would be a 5.30-12 tire like the # TT53012C which will be 1/2 inch wider and 1.4 inches taller.
What you might need since your truck is lifted is a larger drop ball mount. Which I attached a help article on how to pick out the correct rise/drop.

Remove fenders, add 5 on 4 1/2" 2" SPACERS then add 5 on 4 1/2" to 5 on 5" WHEEL ADAPTERS. This should allow the use of JK rims. Or, 5 on 4 1/2" 2-3" SPACERS alone should allow Jeep Cherokee rims. Or, replace the 5 on 4 1/2" hubs with 5 on5" hubs to run JK rims. Add fenders to fit...............good to go. 2000lb axle is (IMHO) stout enough for most camping trailer applications. You'll get good lift and clearance with the larger wheel/tire combo.
