Question:
Would like to install the# HM56200 to wire the jeep for towing behind a motorhome. Would also like to install a hitch and wire it for towing behind the jeep when desired. Is there a kit that does this all. If not can I use this kit C55124 in conjunction with the other kit? Thanks

There is a way to add a trailer hitch, 4-way and tow bar wiring to your 2015 Jeep Wrangler but you will want to use something other than the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # HM56200. The reason for this is the Hopkins kit requires the same plug-in connection points as adding a 4-way so they are not going to be compatible.
What I recommend instead is using the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which will splice into your Jeep's wiring or bypassing wiring altogether and going with the Roadmaster Magnetic Tow Lights # RM-2120 which, after you choose the appropriate adapter, simply plugs into your RV's 4-flat or 7-way. I have added links to video reviews of both kits for you to check out which should help you decide.
As for wiring to add a 4-flat to your '15 Wrangler without the Factory Tow Package I highly recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118416 which installs the same way as the other connector you referenced but we have found these to be far more reliable. I've added a link showing how this installs for you to take a look at.
For a hitch I highly recommend the Draw-Tite # DT78MR because of Draw-Tite's long history or making high-quality and reliable trailer hitches as well as the fact that it is a bolt-on install that does not require any drilling into your Jeep's frame to install. This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver that has a 675 lb tongue weight capacity and 4,500 lb towing capacity.
Please keep in mind in regards to flat towing you will also need compatible base plates, a tow bar, a supplemental braking system and likely a high-low adapter; if you would like recommendations on any or all of these please let me know.
