We don't have an installation video for the Replacement Gear for Lippert Single and Double Electric Coach Step # LC301696 as of yet (March 2019) but I was able to track down some installation tips from Lippert for you.

To replace the gear plate you need to first remove the entire Coachstep assembly. You will need to use a hex head wrench or hex head bit in a drill to remove the gear plate bolt. This is installed with some Loctite so you might need to apply some heat for the bolt to move. Also, if there is a tack weld in place that will need to be ground off prior to removal.

Before reinstalling the bolt be sure to put some Loctite like part # LT37420 on the gear plate bolt threads and then tack weld the end of the gear plate bolt and the threaded column. After that you are good to reinstall your Coachstep.

I have attached a picture of what the bolt location looks like with and without the tack weld for you to reference.
