Question:
I have the reese rp66542 and was wondering if I could add an additional sway control controller Item # rp26002 to the other side of the hitch? So I would have a friction plate mounted on each side of the trailer A-freame. Im buying a longer trailer that is well with in the weight range but want a little more sway control.

Helpful Expert Reply:
Yes, you can add an additional friction sway control to the Reese Weight Distribution System part # RP66542 by using the Reese Sway Control Kit part # RP26002. This is a very common practice when using the Reese Weight Distribution System with a longer trailer or just when additional sway control is needed.
