Will this fit a non-TRD 2wd? I dont believe there is any difference between the TRD and non-TRD models as far as the frame and rear leaf springs are concerned.

We have an air bag rear suspension enhancement that does fit your 2005 Toyota Tundra 2WD non-TRD but the part # F2212 only fits the TRD models. I double checked with Firestone to confirm this. Instead you'd want the Air Lift Ride Control kit part # AL59530 which is a confirmed fit and would work great.
