The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15703 that fits a 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500 will work with TorkLift camper tie-downs.
These tie-downs are specific to a number of variables which you left out but assuming your '06 Silverado 2500 has an 8 foot bed and does not have any running boards you will need TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Front # TLC2204 and the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Rear # TLR3501.
