I did some checking and it looks like the towing capacity of your 2013 Ford F-350 short bed with a diesel engine, 4x4 and crew cab is 12,500 lbs. Since you have a short bed truck you'll need a slider hitch to allow you to make tight turns without cab interference. For that I recommend the Demco Hijacker part # DM8550034 because it will automatically slide back as you make tight turns.
To install this in the bed of your truck I recommend a custom install kit part # DM8552000-71 because custom kits install much easier and quicker than universal ones.
