Will this fit a 2019 F450. I talked with weathertech and they could not confirm it.

It sounds like your call to WeatherTech indicated that they have not actually done a test fit of rear mud flap set # WT120074 on a 2019 F-450. There is a universal type of mud flap that will fit for sure since it installs on your towing ball mount.

Rock Tamers Heavy-Duty Adjustable Mud Flap System # ERT00110 attaches to your 2-1/2-inch ball mount so long as there is at least 1-inch of available space on the ball mount shank.
