Question:
Hi I recently purchased a set of airlift airbags and a wireless one generation 2 compressor kit I had a auto shop install them for me ... the only question I have is When I start my 2014 F250 diesel, the compressor kicks on for about 5 seconds This happens almost every time I start my truck I keep it at 10 psi when not towing Is this normal ?

Yes that is normal. If you let your 2014 Ford F-250 sit overnight (or a long period of time) then the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980 should kick on because it is building pressure back up in the compressor. The system also kicks on with the ignition as a self checking procedure. Your air bags shouldn't be losing air. If you check the reading and your air bags are losing air and they need to be filled back up to the 10 psi almost every time you get in the pickup then you have a leak somewhere that needs to be fixed.
You can locate a leak by taking a bottle of soapy water and spraying it along the air line and fittings while looking for places that it bubbles up (this will most likely be at the fittings). That or you can take it back to the shop and have them fix it (which is what I would do if they just installed it).
