On an F2 50 four-wheel-drive pick up do you put the tire chains if you only have one pair in the front or rear of the truck

Expert Reply:
If you have an all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicle and you are going to only use one set of tire chains you need to install them on the primary drive axle of the vehicle. For a truck like a Ford F-250 you need to put them on the rear axle.
If you get back to me with your tire size I can recommend you a set of chains if you like.
