From the sound of your question, I assume you meant the # PW3029C instead of "TC3029C." Also, it sounds like you have size 275/70-18 tires on your 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty (single rear wheel). Per the Ford user's manual, I recommend only using Class S approved accessories.
With that being said, if you want better traction and grip, I always recommend going with tire chains over cables. For this reason, I recommend the Titan Chain Cable Snow Tire Chains - Ladder Pattern - Steel Rollers # TC3029 over the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains - 1 Pair # PW3029C. The # TC3029 are Class S compatible for vehicles with limited wheel well clearance. In order to know for sure if you can safely use these chains, I recommend measuring your wheel well clearance. Titan Chain recommends that you have a minimum of 1.46" (37 mm) between the top of the tire tread and the wheel well as well as at least 0.59" (15 mm) between the tire's sidewall and the vehicle itself. I went ahead and attached a diagram to show you how to conduct these measurements.
As far as the tensioners you mentioned, the # TCMA2, # TCMA3, and the # PW105 will all fit your 18-inch wheels. However, I do not recommend the # PW105 because 18-inch wheels are in the upper range of this adjuster's tension. Therefore, it will take a bit more strength to stretch when installing. With that being said, both the # TCMA2 # TCMA3 will both provide you the tension you need without the added stress.
As with all tire chains, I recommend consulting with your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure that you are considering all guidelines outlined.
