For your 2018 Toyota Tacoma we have the Thule Xsporter Pro Adjustable Height Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH500XTB-THXK4B which would be a great option since you said you wanted something height adjustable. You can adjust the height of this rack between 6 inches at it's lowest from the top of the bed rails to the top of the crossbar to 31-1/2 inches at it's highest. It looks really great too. I attached a picture that shows the bars adjusted at different heights for you to check out as well.
