i have a 2018 Camry with 235-45-48 tires. Is there any potential for scratching rims?

The Konig tire chains part # TH01221102 that you referenced are a confirmed fit for your 2018 Toyota Camry tire size of 235/45-18 but they do not have "rim protection" so there is a chance they could scratch the rims.

For a similar tire chain that fits and has rim protection the Konig part # TH00023102 would be what you'd want. I know it's a pretty big jump in price the Easy Fit Chains part # TH04115102 would be the best option if you wanted rim protection and an easy install. Unlike most tire chains these install in just a matter of seconds.
