Question:

I have 1999 AmericanTradition rv w/ #28 24” Kwikee step. The linkage broke. The part number on the gear box is #151320. Motor works fine. Is arm available? The numbers on my part are: connector #151343, arm #152362, part that connects to motor: #151416 this is the broken part it looks like 379647 and 349648 but is it the same? Or is the connector the same and can I swap it out and use just the 151416?

I spoke with my contact at Lippert and she said that in order to replace the linkage for your Kwikee 28 Series Steps you will need the Replacement Kit # LC379769. The particular arm that your current Kwikee assembly uses is actually obsolete so this kit is required to update the linkage so it is compatible with the gearbox.

This kit includes everything you need to do this.
