It looks like you've got a Kwikee step motor 5973820 and according to my tech contact at Lippert the correct replacement motor is the Lippert Components Kwikee Step Motor Replacement Kit # LC379608. This is a direct replacement for your old unit and the compatible gear box is available with the Replacement Gear Box and A Linkage for Kwikee Electric RV Steps # LC379160.
