Yes, the Curt Double Lock underbed gooseneck trailer hitch # C60607 will fit and work perfectly on your 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500 Long Bed but you will still need to add the installation brackets. The custom installation kit for your Silverado is the part # C60652 .
For both the hitch and the brackets together you can use part # C60712.
