The Thule Cantilever Extension for SR, T-Rac Pro2, and TracONE Ladder Racks - 1,000 lbs - Compact Trucks # TH24001XT is a fit for crossbars like # TAFX-30007-02 that are 4 inches wide and 1-1/2 inches tall. The Thule Xsporter Pro # TH500XT has crossbars that are 3-1/2 inches wide by 1-1/2 inches tall so the cantilever will not work.
The Ladder Rack with Canteliver system that is compatible with your 2015 Toyota Tacoma is the Thule T-Rac Pro2 Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Cantilever - 1,000 lbs # TH37004XT-EX or the # TH27000XT-TAEX which has the integrated tool box mounts.
