I took a look at an online copy of an owner's manual for a 2008 Kia Rio 5 and it does not mention recreational towing but does say the vehicle needs to be towed with its front wheels on a dolly and rear wheels on the ground.
For that we have the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes # RM-2050-1 which would only require a 5-way, 6-way, or 7-way connector on your motorhome in order to activate the electric brakes of the tow dolly. This dolly makes towing your '08 Rio 5 much simpler that flat towing because you won't have to purchase and install the large number of parts otherwise needed to flat tow.
I have added a link to a couple video reviews of this tow dolly for you to take a look at as well.
