Does this system take the place of the Furrion FOS48TA-BL system. We have a 2018 Cardinal Fifthwheel with the wired Furrion mount.

Yes, if you have the FOS48TA-BL installed in your 2018 Cardinal Fifth Wheel the # FOS05TASF that you referenced would replace that and give you a similar setup but with a larger monitor.
