Takes camper up but will not lower.

The Ultra-Fab Electric A-Frame Jack w/ 7-Way Plug - 18" Lift - 3,500 lbs # UF38-944037 most likely has a wiring issue since it will lift but not lower. The motor will be polarity sensitive, so it is likely the switch has failed. I recommend removing the switch and replacing it with the Replacement Toggle Motor Switch for Ultra Fab Powered Jacks # UF38-75-1037.
