Could Shelf Kit for Enclosed Trailers # RA-13 be Used to Hold Two Beds

if I run 8 ft horizontal e track and use self taping screws and every 16 inches screw it to the metal studs will this hold a bed with two people 400 lbs using 2 by 4 connectors
