James, I made a mistake: I have 6 bolt wheels 6 on 5-1/2, 15 Inch wheels, axle diameter is 3", 10" drums, 2 1/4 shoes. And I want USA made 4 wheel electric brakes.

These assemblies mount with a 4 bolt mount pattern, and are for 3,500 lb axles like you have. Since you need a total of 4 assemblies you'd need to order a quantity of two of these kits.
