What 4-way wiring harness should I get for my 2019 Ridgeline?

If you are looking for only a 4-Way Flat connector for your 2019 Honda Ridgeline then I recommend the Tekonsha T-One # 118778 because it has higher amp ratings than the Curt option and we have found the Tekonsha wiring units to be the most reliable out there.
This connector gives you the basic lighting functions that you need for a smaller trailer and can be mounted using the Tow Ready # 18144 and a no-drill bracket like part # 18140.
Since you have a pickup I do recommend installing the T-Connector # 118288 instead and then replacing the 7-Way with the Hopkins # 30955 so that you have both a 7-Way and a 4-Way which allows you to tow a wider variety of trailers. Some trailers require the use of the reverse light functions or brakes so by having the 7-Way already installed you won't have to use an adapter or swap out the connector in the future.
Installation instructions for both Tekonsha wiring harnesses have been linked for you to check out.
