Question:

When I installed my first Roadmaster Breaking kit in 2014 I found after purchase that I needed a special T fitting for the F53 Chassis that went from metric to American size threads. Is this still the case in 2022 and if so doea the kit come with this fitting?

If your motorhome brake line has metric fittings, it will be necessary to use a metric-to-standard T-fitting to attach the proportioning valve.

This fitting is not supplied in the RoadMaster BrakeMaster Second RV Kit for Hydraulic Brakes # RM-98300.

Before you install the kit, you need to identify the size of the metric brake line. If it is 10mm you can use the Roadmaster Metric-to-Standard Brake Line Tee # RM-7923. If it's 12mm, you can use the Roadmaster Metric-to-Standard Brake Line Tee # RM7921.
